Celebrating the fertile landscape of the Swan Valley, Lush Valley invites visitors to discover the floral bounty of the eastern region through a selection of works from the City of Swan’s Art Collection. These works, by renowned artists including Gladys Kemarre, Jude Taylor, Rosemary Collard & Chen Hongguang will be exhibited alongside the work of primary school children from the City of Swan who have participated in the 2019 Swan Environmental Art Project.

There are more than 12,000 different types of wildflowers listed in the flora catalogue for Western Australia, over 60% of which are found nowhere else in the world. Wildflower State presents a selection of over 30 invited Western Australian artists who have created works on paper in praise of the state’s unique flora.
